About Nathan

Nathan Gibson is a residential construction superintendent from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin specializing in high-end custom homes. After graduating from the construction program at the University of Wisconsin–Stout, he quickly advanced into a superintendent role in the competitive Lake Geneva luxury home market.

Nathan has managed projects through every stage of the building process—from early client coordination and pre-construction planning to daily field management, project delivery, and post-construction support. This hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a home allows him to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly with clients and trades, and deliver projects with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Now relocating to the Salt Lake City area, Nathan is eager to bring his experience, drive, and passion for building exceptional homes to a new market.

I approach homebuilding through four core principles that guide every project I manage.

Architecture & Construction
The foundation of every home begins with sound construction. From structural integrity to precise execution in the field, the building itself must be done right before anything else.

Design
Thoughtful design is what transforms a structure into a home with character. Attention to proportion, detail, and craftsmanship brings each project to life.

Business
Successful projects require strong operational management. Clear communication, scheduling discipline, and financial accountability ensure that builders, trades, and clients remain aligned throughout the process.

Customer Experience
Building a home is one of the most personal investments someone can make. A home is where families grow, memories are made, and lives unfold. Respecting that responsibility means creating a process that is organized, transparent, and centered around the homeowner.

As my late mentor Troy said, “A house is a building - it’s people who make it a home.”
